Massage Therapy Treatments 

My practice is focused on regulating the nervous system through medium pressure therapeutic massage techniques with the integration of craniosacral therapy. If you are looking for deep tissue sports massage, I may not be the right therapist for you.

Fees (effective March 1 2026):

25 MIN $85+hst | 55 MIN $160+hst  | 80 MIN $210+hst

Location: 533 College (entrance is on Euclid through Strong Pilates)

Parking: Green P parking on College or there’s a paid lot on the laneway from Palmerston.

Arrival:

If your appointment is outside of the studio’s regular hours, the door will unlock for you a few minutes before your appointment. Make your way to the mobility area around the back - look for the “down for more” sign. Have a seat and I will come get you when it is time for your treatment.

Cancellation Policy:

No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of the full amount of your appointment. Please note this policy still applies in the event of illness or emergencies. There are no exceptions.
